Miami Court. The reason for the request is to further unify a development site for the redevelopment of Flagler Gran Central Station (part of the All Aboard Florida rapid transit facilities). Recommends approval, with conditions. Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board: Recommended approval, with conditions, on June 15, 2016 by a vote 9-0. City Commission: Scheduled for July 29, 2016.
