Director Chief City Manager If using 01 Grants eceiving capital funds Page 1 of 1 AGENDA ITEM SUMMARY FORM CONTINUED Background Information: Pursuant to Resolution No. 16-0279, adopted June 9, 2016, the Miami City Commission approved the allocation of de -obligated Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to Economic Development activities in the total amount of $416,420.40 which include an amount of $50,000 to Commercial Rehabilitation D-4. The Commercial Rehabilitation program provides assistance to businesses in low and moderate income communities for rehabilitation and elimination of code violations. The City Administration recommends the allocation of CDBG funds in the amount of $50,000 from the D-4 Economic Development, Commercial Rehabilitation program to CAMACOL, as specified in Attachment "A".
