relating to the provision of solid waste services, facilities and programs in the City of Miami, Florida
("City"); imposing solid waste assessments against assessed property located within the City for the
fiscal year beginning October 1, 2016; approving the rate of assessment; approving the assessment
roll; and providing for an effective date.
Background Information:
This resolution will approve the annual special assessment for the residential solid waste services at
$380.00 per each City of Miami residence with three units or less and certain four unit dwellings.
There is no increase or decrease in the solid waste fee from the current fiscal year.
