Allocating funds from Capital Improvement, PTAEO 40-B70183-05-1426-Equipment-190001, subject to availability of funds and budgetary approval at the time of need. Background Information: The City of Miami Police Department has expressed a desire to procure two storage containers for the management and storage of evidence for the Miami Police Homicide Division. On January 11, 2016, the Procurement Department (Procurement) issued IFB No. 553380. As required by the Procurement Code, the IFB was advertised and issued online. On January 27, 2016, at the bid closing, one (1) bid was submitted and was tabulated. Procurement is recommending award to the sole responsive and responsible bidder per bid specifications.
