INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE HISTORIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL
PRESERVATION BOARD FOR ATERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Historic and
Environmental Preservation Board, to serve for a term ending XX XX, 2017, or until the nominating
