As I mentioned, the School needs to increase the enrollment to 535 students over the traffic operations plan (TOP) that you reviewed. As I understand it, the increase in student population will not require a traffic study (accumulation study) because the increase in the number of students will not create a significant impact in terms of traffic generation. However, the school will need to amend the TOP submittal and provide a plan based on the road closure that was approved for the campus. would appreciate your providing your confirmation as we will be proceeding to hearing before the city commission this Thursday. Student/Parent Handbook Primary School/Elementary School 2015-2016 592 NE 60 Street Laura Cushman Circle Miami, FL 33137 EXCERPT Drop Off/Pick Up Procedures: The Elementary School (8:00 a.m. - 8:15 a.m.) drop off is located at the 1st and 2hd grade gates. Elementary School pickup is from 3:00 p.m. until 3:15 p.m. at the 1st grade gate. The Primary School drop off (8:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.) and pick up (2:50 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.) location is at the 5th Avenue gate. Pre -registration for the 5th Avenue Primary School afternoon pick up is required and the information must be turned into the Primary School office.
