Director City Manager Page 1 of 2 Subject: Miami Marine Stadium crowdfunding campaign partnered by the National Trust for Historic Preservation and Heineken Background Information: The City of Miami is the owner of the Miami Marine Stadium ("Stadium") located at 3501 Rickenbacker Causeway. The Stadium is in a state of disrepair requires significant capital in order to be renovated. Heineken has reached out to the National Trust for Historic Preservation ("NTHP") to partner in a crowdfunding campaign to raise funds to assist with the renovation of the Stadium. The City would like to assist the partnership between Heineken and NTHP with these fundraising efforts. Page 2 of 2
