The nature of this item is to seek City Commission approval, for the assignment of IFB Contract No. 334293,
from Hall -Mark Fire Apparatus, LLC to REV RTC, Inc. d/b/a Hall -Mark RTC for firefighting equipment,
authorizing the City Manager to execute an Acceptance of Assignment in substantially the attached form, with
REV RTC, Inc. D/B/A Hall -Mark RTC, further authorizing the City Manager to execute any amendments,
extensions and modifications to the contract, after consultation with the City Attorney.
Background Information:
On September 12, 2013, the City Commission adopted Resolution No. 13-0318, approving the City's award of
IFB Contract No. 334293 to Hall -Mark Fire Apparatus, LLC, for firefighting equipment for the Fire
Department for an initial period of two (2) years, with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year
periods. On December 7, 2015, REV RTC, Inc. d/b/a Hall -Mark RTC, acquired Hall -Mark Fire Apparatus,
LLC, and assumed the obligations for Hall -Mark Fire Apparatus, LLC under the contract and is bound by the
provisions, duties, liabilities, and obligations of such contract.
