Mr. Hernandez specializes exclusively in the field of immigration, nationality and consular law principally in business -related matters with an emphasis on corporate transfers, professionals, entrepreneurs and investors. A native of Cuba, Mr. Hernandez attended the University of Florida where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a B.A./B.S. Certificate in Latin American Studies. He then went on to earn a Master of Arts degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida School of Law. Mr. Hernandez also studied at the Paris Institute of International and Comparative Law in Paris, France.
