A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, APPOINTING A CERTAIN
INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE MIAMI BAYSIDE FOUNDATION INC., FOR A
TERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

WHEREAS, in accordance with Article V, FOUNDATION, Section 5.2 of the Minority
Participation Agreement between the City of Miami and Bayside Center Limited Partnership, a
Maryland Limited Partnership, as amended, the City of Miami shall appoint five (5) members to the
board of the Miami Bayside Foundation, Inc., as amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted
by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section.
Section 2. The Miami City Commission hereby appoints the following individual to serve as a
board member of the Miami Bayside Foundation Inc., fora 3-year term commencing June 10, 2016,
to June 9, 2019.
