7TH STREET AND 704 SOUTHWEST 7TH AVENUE, AND CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 701
SOUTHWEST 8TH STREET FROM T6-8-O "URBAN CORE TRANSECT
ZONE - OPEN" TO T6-8-O "URBAN CORE TRANSECT ZONE - OPEN";
MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

This will allow the change of the zoning designation for the above properties
from T5-L "Urban Center Transect Zone Limited" to T5-O "Urban Center
Transect Zone — Open" for the properties located at 712 SW 7 St and 704 SW 7
Ave; and, from T6-8-0 "Urban Core Transect Zone — Open" to T6-8-O "Urban
Core Transect Zone Open" for the property located at 701 SW 8 St.
