The agreement has been placed on the May 26, 2016 Commission Meeting Agenda as Resolution 8. The current attachment to the item needs to be modified by replacing one (1) page which contains most of Article 18.3 with the accurate version. Attached is the replacement page for your reference. The change is a strikethrough of the language contained in the last sentence in the first paragraph of Article 18.3. Newly hired bargaining unit members shall complete six (6) months of satisfactory performance in the Field Training Officer (F.T.O.) program, which includes four (4) months riding, with a field training officer and two (2) months riding solo, and further complete six (6) months in full -duty status with satisfactory performance.
