Background Information: The City of Miami operates the 145 slip Miamarina at Bayside ("Facility"). The facility's existing vessel waste pump out service is old, in poor condition, and in need of replacement. The projected cost of this work is estimated at $57,191.00 and the grant requires a match in the form of cash or third party in -kind in the amount of $14,297.75. The City has allocated $14,297.75 toward this project from 40-B30325B. The Florida Department of Environmental Protection has awarded the City a grant in the amount of $42,893.25 to complete the funding requirement.
