Dear Mr. Garcia
1 am a neighbor of the aforementioned project and provide this correspondence as my
support for the project. I have reviewed the proposed plans for the proposed hotel and
accessory parking at the above referenced location (the -Project").
Based on the information provided. 1 fully support the Project as proposed because the
project represents a great addition to our neighborhood. In addition, I support the restrictive
covenant as it provides a suitable buffer between the lodging use and the residential
neighborhood.
The addition of a hotel to the neighborhood provides an appropriate use along a major
corridor, NW 36 Street, and is appropriate liar the area. The Property consisted of dilapidated
homes and vacant land, and the Project will revitalize the area, adding much needed lodging
to the commercial corridor of NW 36 Street. The accessory parking for the hotel, accessible
From NW 36 Street and buffered from the residential neighborhood is acceptable. The
Project is the best use for the Property.
We encourage your support and approval of this Project at the Property.
