FROM "MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL" TO "MEDIUM
DENSITY RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL"; MAKING FINDINGS; DIRECTING
TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
