INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE MIAMI SPORTS AND EXHIBITION
AUTHORITY FORATERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Miami Sports
and Exhibition Authority, to serve for a term ending April 14, 2017, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.
