OF SAID GRANT APPLICATION, THE EXECUTION OF GRANT OR DEED AGREEMENTS AND
AMENDMENTS, MODIFICATIONS, AND EXTENSIONS THERETO, AND THE ACCEPTANCE
OF GRANT FUNDS, IN THE EVENT OF THE AWARD OF THE GRANT FOR FISCAL YEAR
