Background Information: The DOJ and the City have agreed to enter into a written agreement with the goal of ensuring that police services continue to be delivered to the people of the City in a manner that fully complies with the Constitution and laws of the United States, effectively ensures public and officer safety, and promotes public confidence in the Miami Police Department.
