Purpose of Item:
A Resolution of the Miami City Commission, with attachment(s), authorizing the City Manager to
execute the Revocable License Agreement, between the City of Miami ("City") and Crocodile Cantina,
Inc. d/b/a Mambo Cafe, a Florida corporation ('`Licensee"), far dockside, restaurant seating, including,
but not limited to, the daily set up and break down of tables, chairs, and maintenance in support thereto,
as well as the service of food and beverages on City -owned property Iocated at 401 Biscayne Boulevard;
N215, Miami, Florida 33132, as more particularly described in Exhibit A, in substantially the attached
form and made a part hereof. The City is owner in fee simple of the property located at 401 Biscayne
Boulevard N215, Miami, Florida 33132 ("Premises") as more specifically indicated in Exhibit A
("Premises"). The Licensee awns and operates a restaurant at Bayside Marketplace, the location of!
which borders the Premises. The Licensee has inquired about using a defined area consisting of, =
approximately, one hundred forty-four (144) square feet of the Premises to expand its seating area far,
the purpose of dockside, restaurant seating. It is the mutual desire of the City and Licensee that the,
Premises be used by the Licensee, temporarily, by means of the attached Revocable License Agreement,
which is revocable -at -will by the City and without the consent of the Licensee. This Revocable License I
Agreement does not transfer any interest in the Premises, including any leasehold interest in subject,
Premises owned by the City; does not confer a right to use the Premises for any purposes that are not;
specified herein; and does not convey or transfer any right to exclude the City from. the Premises.
