INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE SENIOR CITIZENS' ADVISORY
COMMITTEE FORATERMAS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Senior Citizens'
Advisory Committee, to serve for a term until the nominatng Commissioner leaves office.
