Background Information: The City has a need to procure uniforms Citywide for its employees. On July 29, 2015, the Department of Procurement (Procurement) issued Invitation to Bid (IFB) No. 503340 for the procurement of uniforms Citywide. As required by the Procurement Code, the IFB was advertised in the newspaper of general circulation and issued on. -line. On August 25, 2015, at the bid opening, one (1) bid was submittedand has been tabulated, one (1) bid was submitted after the closing date and time, and was deemed non -responsive. Procurement is recommending award to Global Trading, Inc. the sole responsive and responsible bidder. The estimated annual spend for the provision of uniforms is approximately $43,000.00.
