Let me begin by commending Soliman Structures, Inc. on creating a business culture with exemplary
strength and persistence. This organization is filled with hardworking individuals from top to bottom and
is truly respectable and professional as an organization can be.
I began working with Soliman Structures as a project manager on a building in which they were the
structural contractor. From day one, my experience in dealing with this company has been a very pleasant
experience. In the past, when I was in need Soliman was always tbere to help resolve whatever issue
would arise both in the field and in paperwork. They have worked in a consistent manner continuously,
including passing inspections and adhering strictly to the schedule for each project. There also have never
been any financial issues in working with Soliman. Their contract is exactly that, a contract and will never
try to swindle or deceive in any way for their benefit or financial advantage.
Soliman Structures have managed to impress me to the point of when [began putting together my own
project they immediately came to mind. Without delay, I signed a contract with Soliman Structures For the
structural shell of my building, all while refusing to even allow any other contractor to bid my project.
That is the arnount of faith and goodwill I have in this organization. 1 utterly, without hesitation, trust and
value a firm of this caliber and therefore, highly recommend any of those in need of their services.

Miguel Soliman of Soliman Structures acted as the shell contractor on Ponce Entrance an S story, 59 unit apartment
building located at 101 SW 36`' CI, Miami Florida.
I cannot recorrunend Miguel and his team of extraordinary professionals more highly. Suffice is to say that, apart
from delivering a truly superb project, Miguel demonstrated his complete understanding of the complexities of
strucniral design and engineering to the extent that he was instrumental in identifying and putting forth cost effective
solutions to major structural deficiencies that existed in our plans without having to rely on major revisions by the
engineers of record. The skill set which Miguel brings to the table far exceeded our expectations and 1 would have
no hesitation in contracting with Miguel and Soliman Structures again or recommending him lo other developers
and General Contractors.
Miguel's team, both on site and office were a pleasure to deal with at all times, The onsite crew is highly
knowledgeable and diligent, worked on Saturdays and Sundays when necessary to keep up with the schedule
whilst his office team was courteous and punctual and kept pace with the somewhat tedious paperwork that is a
necessary part of any contractual obligation.
Miguel's subcontractors are carefully vetted and performed as necessary and his onsite Project Manager was very
effective in managing the entire process and ensuring minimal disruption to our neighbors.

and without hesitation I write this letter of reference in order to exemplify the excellent service
Soliman Structures,
I first came into contact with this great organization via a mutual business associate and have
never looked back since. Soliman Structures has been an excellent partner in assisting my
company build and transform the area of Miami. They have completed several mid -rise
buildings as the structural shell contractor for my company and we are currently in
development of another project.
Soliman Structures has provided excellent service on a consistent basis for many years and I can
attest first hand to that. Without exception, any issue in which arose before, during, or after
construction, Soliman Structures was there to help in any way possible and often did, providing
proper solutions with swift motion of action. There were countless times in which problems
occurred and Sohn -ion never ran from a problem,. but understood that we were all in on this
project together and if one segment had an issue, we all did. I would also like to extend their
level of availability is uriparallel. When a concrete pour was scheduled for a certain time, no
matter what the circumstances were, the pour was done that day without excuses. Or when
there was an issue passing inspecticrn, Soliman was there throughout, searching for solutions
and often discovered one, passing inspection and continuing on schedule.
I wish I could say it is the little things that set Soliman Structures apart, but that would not give
justice to the service this great organization provides. It is the little things as well as the major
execution and big picture that is envisioned throughout this firm that is rarely seen in this
industry, in this community, Soliman Structures truly is an exemplary group and I fully
recommend, without reservation, this organization in any endeavor they so happen to pursue. I
have worked with Soliman Structures on several occasions and plan to continue to do so. It is a

It is my impression that Soliman Structures, Inc. was in the process of acquiring bonding and needs a
recommendation letter. It is my pleasure to express Soliman Structures as a very honest, hard working, and
skillful organization, for this is what they have shown countless of times through their consistency.
Soliman Structures has an excellent reputation throughout the industry as a company that is
straightforward and pulls no punches. With that being said, once I entered into a working relationship with
this wonderful company, they still exceeded my expectations. Together, we have completed a mid -rise
apartment building, with Soliman as the structural contractor, and we are currently in the works for many

Soliman Structures effort regularly far exceeds every situation it is placed in. Whether out in the field, or

contrary, they have always been by my side even at times where the issue far exceeded their scope of
work. Never have we had an issue with Soliman throughout our working relationship or on any projects.
Also, the agreed upon amount of our contract is always honored and is what Soliman expects to receive. In
my experience, there have been countless of times in the past where contractors absolve themselves of any
responsibility and any issues that shall occur during construction is tacked on as an extra charge, a change
order. This is a game many contractors enjoy to participate in, but not Soliman Structures. Like I have
stated, what you see is what you get and what you get is an organization dedicated to the utmost
professionalism and urgency. They are always on time, on schedule, and responsive during all working
conditions, pleasant or otherwise. My faith in Soliman is neither blind nor ignorant, but based on proven
and consistent work. I continue to work with Soliman Structures because it is good for business. A partner
one can trust is often difficult to find in business, but an extraordinary one like Soliman is nearly

and one half years. During the first four and one half
years, Miguel was employed as an Architectural Designer in
the Architecture Department at Burger King Corporation.
During that time, he was responsible for the design and
development of architectural construction documents for
freestanding restaurants throughout the United States. This
required a high degree of construction knowledge to insure
that they were in compliance with all applicable codes.
Miguel's experience included communication with the field
personnel, contractors, building officials and outside
