A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING A CERTAIN
INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE AUDIT ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR A
TERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Audit
Advisory Committee, to serve for a term ending October 8, 2016, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.
