The undersigned is the legal representative of Banner Storage Properties, the developer of
property at 5609 NE 2 Avenue. Attached for the appropriate zoning review and approval of the
Warrant Notice letter are the plans for a proposed self storage facility at this location pursuant to
Article 4, fable 4 and Article 6, Table 13 of Miami 21.
On July 29, 2014, the plans were submitted to your office for review. For your convenience and
reference, I have included the plan submitted at that time and the Zoning referral prepared by
you. The only approval for the project is the Warrant for the self storage use. No waivers per
Miami 21 were requested or determined to be necessary after your review.
