APPROXIMATELY 3650 BIRD ROAD, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM "LIGHT
INDUSTRIAL" TO "RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL"; MAKING FINDINGS;
DIRECTING TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
