FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1725 AND 1729
NORTHWEST 18TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS;
CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
