PROVISION OF SOLID WASTE SERVICES, FACILITIES AND PROGRAMS IN THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA; DESCRIBING THE METHOD OF ASSESSING SOLID WASTE COSTS AGAINST
PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF MIAMI; DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF AN
ASSESSMENT ROLL; AUTHORIZING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR SEPTEMBER 10, 2015; AND
DIRECTING THE PROVISION OF NOTICE THEREOF; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Background Information:
This resolution will approve the Solid Waste Fee at $380.00 per each City of Miami resident with three units or
less. There is not an increase or decrease of the Solid Waste Fee from the current fiscal year.
