Subject: Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a license ("License"), in substantially the
attached form, to the Florida Department of Transportation ("FDOT").
Purpose of Item:
A resolution of the Miami City Commission with attachments, authorizing the City Manager to execute a
License, in substantially the attached form, to the Florida Department of Transportation ("FDOT"), for a period
not to exceed the last day of February 2018, a License area of approximately ten (10) feet of a portion of the
City -owned property located at 2200 West Flagler Street, Miami, Florida ("Property"), as more particularly
described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof. The License will be used solely for sloping,
tying in, harmonizing, and reconnecting existing features of the Property with the roadway improvements.

Subject: Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a license ("License"), in substantially the
attached form, to the Florida Department of Transportation ("FDOT").
Background Information:
The City of Miami ("City") owns the property located at 2200 West Flagler Street Miami, Florida ("Property").
The Florida Department of Transportation ("FDOT") is planning the milling and resurfacing of State Road 968
a/k/a West Flagler Street (the "Project"). FDOT has requested a License of approximately ten (10) feet of the
Property, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. The License will
be used solely for sloping, tying in, harmonizing, and reconnecting existing features of the Property with the
roadway improvements.
