TRANSECT ZONE LIMITED" TO T4-O "GENERAL URBAN TRANSECT ZONE
OPEN" FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 5907
NORTHEAST 5TH AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS;
CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
