Re: Closure of NE 11th Terrace
Dear Ryan,
On behalf of Sirius Realty Development, Inc., please accept this letter confirming our
support for the closure of the portion of NE 11 th Terrace between N. Miami Avenue and NE
Miami Court, containing approximately 6,384 +/- square feet (the "Street Closure"). We
understand that the Street Closure is only for a portion of the street that is one block in length.
The Street Closure will facilitate the safe and efficient circulation of pedestrians and vehicles
around the adjacent parcels, as well as allow the parcels to the North and South to be developed
as a unified site, including upgraded pedestrian improvements.
