The attached proposed Resolution seeks authorization for the settlement of all
claims against the City of Miami asserted in the above -referenced lawsuit, in the total
amount of $350,000.00.
This is a claim by Plaintiff, Lynn Cone, et, al, against the City of Miami, et. al.
alleging violations of State and Federal Law,
The Office of the City Attorney has investigated and evaluated this case and has
approved the recommendation of this settlement. Funds in the above amount will be paid
from Account No, 00001,980000.531010,
