The basin could be left out of the boundary, but then discussed as being and important part of the setting. Karen asked if it should be included, and I said yes, but it is not absolute. Would there be a problem if we proceeded? As I recall, I was thinking this would be treated as coming directly from you, but then you requested that we go ahead and send the usual CLG notification. When did you receive that notification? We may need to reschedule for the fall meeting (date to be determined), to be in accordance with regulations. Let me know —we are finalizing the agenda now.
