Enclosed you will find an ad for notice of a public hearing to be held by the City Commission on April 09, 2015, for the
purpose of granting to Miami -Dade County Water and Sewer Department, a perpetual, non-exclusive easement of
approximately twelve (12) foot wide strip of City -owned property located at 5215 NE 15 Avenue, Miami, Florida, (known
as Morningside Park).
Please place the ad in accordance with public hearing requirements of the City Commission.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on
April 9, 2015, at 9:00 A.M, at City Hall, located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami,
Florida, for the purpose of granting the following:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A GRANT OF EASEMENT ON
CITY OF MIAMI OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 215 NE 15
AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA (KNOWN AS MORNINGSIDE PARK), TO
MIAMI-DADE COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT, OF AN
APPROXIMATELY TWELVE (12) FOOT WIDE PERPETUAL NON-
EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT, TO CONSTRUCT, INSTALL, OPERATE AND
MAINTAIN WATER FACILITIES, WITH THE RIGHT TO
RECONSTRUCT, IMPROVE, CHANGE, AND REMOVE ALL OR ANY
OF THE FACILITIES WITHIN THE EASEMENT, WITH THE FULL RIGHT
OF INGRESS THERETO AND EGRESS THEREFROM.
All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning these items.
Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to
any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of
the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal
may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special
accommodations to participate in these proceedings may contact the Office of the City
Clerk at (305) 250-5361 (Voice) no later than two (2) business days prior to the
proceeding or at (305) 250-5472 (TTY) no later than three (3) business days prior to the
proceeding.
