Ap9Toy ed: Julia Herna Coordinator ZU CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on May 14, 2015, at 9:00 A,M. at City Hall, located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of granting the following: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A GRANT OF EASEMENT ON CITY OF MIAMI OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5215 NE 7 AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA (KNOWN AS MORNINGSIDE PARK), TO MIAMI-DADE COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT, OF AN APPROXIMATELY TWELVE (12) FOOT WIDE PERPETUAL NON- EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT, TO CONSTRUCT, INSTALL, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN WATER FACILITIES, WITH THE RIGHT TO RECONSTRUCT, IMPROVE, CHANGE, AND REMOVE ALL OR ANY OF THE FACILITIES WITHIN THE EASEMENT, WITH THE FULL RIGHT OF INGRESS THERETO AND EGRESS THEREFROM. All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning these items. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S, 286.0105).
