Approximately located between NW 20th Street and NW 21 st Street and NW 13th Avenue and Northwest 19th Avenue; and the north side of NW 20th Street between NW 19th Avenue and NW 27th Avenue; and the south side of NW 20th Street from NW 27th Avenue to the Seybold Canal, excluding Gerry Curtis Park [Commissioner Wifredo (Willy) Gort - District 1] Daniel J.
