APPROVED/DISAPPROVED: genda Coordinat r CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on April 23, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of waiving the requirements of obtaining sealed bids for the procurement of a subscription to a grants management system from eCivis, Inc., a research and grants management solution, at 418 N. Fair Oaks Avenue, #301, Pasadena, CA 91103, for the Office of Grants Administration, on a recurring annual subscription fee basis for an initial three (3) year term with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, the estimated amount for the initial three (3) years is $98,274.00 in the aggregate, if the City chooses to exercise the two (2) additional options to renew the amount will be $155,790.25 in the aggregate for a total of five (5) years. The account number for this allocation is 00001.371000.554000.0.0.
