Director City Manage Page 1 of 1 AGENDA ITEM SUMMARY FORM CONTINUED Background Information: Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") funds were allocated to the agencies and/or activities as specified in Exhibit "A", attached and incorporated, in the total amount of $ 118,005.33. These agencies will no longer use the remaining balances or the activities are taking too long risking de -obligation from HUD. Therefore, these balances need to be de -obligated and reallocated to be in compliance with HUD regulations. The Administration recommends the de -obligation of CDBG funds, in the total amount of $118,005.33, from the agencies and/or activities specified in Exhibit "A", attached and incorporated and allocating said funds to the City of Miami, Department of Community and Economic Development, Single Family Rehabilitation Program.
