The purpose of this item is to revise selected language to Chapter 23 of the City Code.
Background Information:
This will refine the process by which a property is nominated to be evaluated by the Historic and
Environmental Preservation Board for status as a Locally designated historic resource, restrict certain
uses that are deemed undesirable that may result from an upzoning along Biscayne Boulevard, and
update and expand the multiplier that is used in the Transfer of Development Rights program.
