We are writing to you to respectfully request an additional four months in this regard, The City is currently in the process of developing a plan to present to the City Commission that may include a Public Private Partnership to ensure the restoration of the Stadium, and to establish the governance structure for the Stadium moving forward, The City fully intends to move forward with the restoration of the Stadium, however we are in need of additional time. I want to underscore the importance of the $3,000,000 allocation towards the restoration of the Stadium and the various plans we have discussed.
