Please place the ad in accordance with public hearing requirements of the City Commission. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. App AB:HM enda Coorr inatoi CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on April 9, 2015, at 9:00 A.M. at City Hall, located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of granting the following: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, DECLARING SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM DEED, CONVEYING TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION ("FDOT"), AT NO COST, 139 SQ FT OF CITY -OWNED LAND LOCATED AT 1338 NW 2 AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA ("PROPERTY"); FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS THAT MAY BE NECESSARY TO CONSUMATE SUCH CONVEYANCE, WHICH TERMS MAY BE AMENDED BY THE CITY MANAGER AS MAY BE NECESSARY IN ORDER TO MEET THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY. All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning these items. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
