Enclosed you will find an ad for notice of a public hearing to be held by the City Commission on April 9, 2015,
for the purpose declaring surplus and authorizing the City Manager to execute a Quit Claim Deed, conveying to
the State of Florida, Department of Transportation (FDOT), at no cost, 139 square feet of land located at 1338
NW 2 Avenue ("Property") to reconstruct or improve State Road No. 836 (I-395), Item No. 251688-1.
Please place the ad in accordance with public hearing requirements of the City Commission.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on
April 9, 2015, at 9:00 A.M. at City Hall, located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami,
Florida, for the purpose of granting the following:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, DECLARING
SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
QUIT CLAIM DEED, CONVEYING TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA,
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION ("FDOT"), AT NO COST, 139
SQ FT OF CITY -OWNED LAND LOCATED AT 1338 NW 2 AVENUE,
MIAMI, FLORIDA ("PROPERTY"); FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS THAT MAY BE
NECESSARY TO CONSUMATE SUCH CONVEYANCE, WHICH TERMS
MAY BE AMENDED BY THE CITY MANAGER AS MAY BE
NECESSARY IN ORDER TO MEET THE BEST INTEREST OF THE
CITY.
All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning these items.
Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to
any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of
the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal
may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special
accommodations to participate in these proceedings may contact the Office of the City
Clerk at (305) 250-5361 (Voice) no later than two (2) business days prior to the
