QUIT CLAIM DEED
This Quit Claim Deed, made the day of , 2015 between
the CITY OF MIAMI, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, of 444 S.W. 2nd Avenue,
Miami, Florida 33130, called "Grantors" and the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION, with offices at 1000 N.W. 111th Avenue, Miami, Florida 33172,
hereinafter called "Grantee".
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
(S 1.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
remise, release, convey and quit -claim unto the Grantee forever, all their right, title and interest in
that certain land situate in Miami- Dade County, Florida, to wit:
As described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Subject to current zoning regulations, subdivision restrictions, plat restrictions and
easements, if any, which are not hereby intended to be reimposed and taxes for the current year
and subsequent years.
This Deed conveys only the interests of the City in the Property described herein, and shall.
not warrant title thereto.
In the event that Grantee ceases to utilize the property for right-of-way or road purposes,
said property shallautomatically revert to the Grantor.
The above covenant in each and every particular to run with the land, and shall be
construed as a realcovenant running with the land into perpetuity.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same together with all and singular tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate,
right, title, interest, lien, equity, and claim whatsoever of the Grantors, either in law or in equity,
to the use, benefit and behalf of the Grantee forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused this Quit Claim Deed to be executed
the day and year first above written.
