A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION ACCEPTING THE BID
RECEIVED ON JANUARY 26, 2015, PURSUANT TO INVITATION FOR BID NO.
476327, FROM MINERVA BUNKER GEAR CLEANERS, FOR BUNKER GEAR
INSPECTION, CLEANING, AND REPAIR SERVICES, ON AN AS NEEDED
CONTRACTUAL BASIS, FOR AN INITIAL CONTRACT PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS
WITH THE OPTION TO RENEW FOR TWO (2) ADDITIONAL ONE (1) YEAR
PERIODS, WITH FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE VARIOUS SOURCES OF
FUNDS OF THE END -USER DEPARTMENT, SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF
FUNDS AND BUDGETARYAPPROVAL AT THE TIME OF NEED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid received on January 26, 2015, pursuant to Invitation for Bid No. 476327, from
Minerva Bunker Gear Cleaners, for Bunker Gear inspection, cleaning, and repair services, on an as
needed contractual basis, for an initial contract period of five (5) years with the option to renew for two
(2) additional one (1) year periods, with funds allocated from the various sources of funds of the
end -user department, is accepted, subject to the availability of funds and budgetary approval at the
time of need.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of
the Mayor. {1}

Footnotes:
{1} This Resolution shall become effective as specified herein unless vetoed by the Mayor within
ten (10) days from the date passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall
become effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission or upon date
stated herein, whichever is later.
