Ms. Maria Lievano-Cruz offered the following resolution and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, AMENDING THE
ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 13114, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FROM "T4-R" GENERAL URBAN ZONE -RESTRICTED TO "T4-L"
GENERAL URBAN ZONE -LIMITED, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY
180 NORTHEAST 50TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. THIS APPLICATION
WAS RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL WITH THE FOLLOWING MODIFICATIONS TO THE
RESTRICTIVE COVENANT PROPOSED BY THE APPLICANT: 1) THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE REVIEW AND APPROVAL BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING
DEPARTMENT; AND 2) THE BOARD RECOMMENDS THAT THE INGRESS / EGRESS BE
BY NORTHEAST 2ND AVENUE.
Upon being seconded by Ms. Jennifer Ocana Barnes, the motion passed and was adopted by a
vote of 6-1:
