URBAN ZONE -LIMITED, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
APPROXIMATELY 180 NORTHEAST 50TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA;
MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Northeast 2nd Avenue.
