DESCRIBED HEREIN OF REAL PROPERTY AT APPROXIMATELY 622
NORTHEAST 80TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM "MEDIUM DENSITY
MULTI -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL" TO "RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL"; MAKING
FINDINGS; DIRECTING TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES;
CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
