The purpose of this letter is to express the Bel -Air Neighborhood Association support for the
referenced application for an exception. to reestablish parking on the property.
The owners ofthe property met with repucentatives of the Bel-AirNeighborhood Association
on June 24, 2014, and they shared their overall plan to develop the property located between NE
50th Street and NE 501 Terrace on NE 2nd Avenue with the association. We support their vision
and recognize that re-establishing parking on the T4 R portion of the property is necessary to re-
habilitate the existing structures on the property and develop their overall plan.
