RE: Scrivener's Error — Resolution No. 15-0079, adopted February 26, 2015,
regarding closing, vacating, abandoning, and discontinuing for public use a
portion of Northeast 31 st Street, lying east of Northeast 7th Avenue and west
of Biscayne Bay; and a portion of Northeast 31 st Street, lying 280 feet west of
Northeast 7th Avenue, and 490 feet west of Northeast 7th Avenue, Miami,
Florida.

The attachment contained in Legistar for Resolution No. 15-00709, adopted February 26,
2015, entitled "Exhibit" contains an incomplete set of exhibits. There are currently three (3)
exhibits scanned in instead of the six (6) that comprise the correct exhibit. The revised exhibits
