Subject: A resolution accepting the proposed plat of CRIMSON TOWER, located along the North side
of NE 27 Street, between NE 5 Avenue and Biscayne Bay.
Purpose of Item:
Resolution of the Miami City Commission accepting the final plat of CRIMSON TOWER from ALPINE
ESTATES, LLC, and authorizing the City Manager to execute the related documents for the recordation of the
plat and approving recording the same in the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida.
Background Information:
The Plat and Street Committee established per Miami City Code Section 55-1, and composed of the
Departments of Public Works, Planning and Zoning, Building, Police, Fire -Rescue, General Service
Administration, and Solid Waste, with representation of the Law Department, has reviewed the
Tentative Plat and determined its conformance to the subdivision regulations of Chapter 55, and
Miami21 Zoning Regulations. The Department of Public Works has reviewed the final plat and has
determined that it is now in order for acceptance by the Miami City Commission. The specific ;intent
of this plat is to close the Alley within the proposed plat and to create one (1) tract of land for the
construction of residential units.
The proposed plat entitled CRIMSON TOWER is a replat of the property described in the legal
description shown as Attachment 1. The platted area consists of approximately 24,203 square feet
(0.556* acres) as depicted in Exhibits B and C. This plat was approved under Miami 21 zoning
designation T6-36A.-L.
