The City of Miami Community & Economic Development Department will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at
9:00 a.m. at City Commission Chambers, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, FL 33133, to provide the public an opportunity to
commenton funding amendments affecting the City's annual Action Plan for US Department of Housing & Urban Development
(HUD) programs. The proposed amendments) and respective description(s) can be found at:

The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution, by the City Commission, related to the proposed amendment(s), authorizes the City
Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Annual Action Plan, Certain item(s) may be available for public comment and
review fer a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begins on Monday, January 26, 2015 and ends on
Wednesday, February 25, 2015. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to the City Commission for approval on Thursday,
February 26, 2015. Draft copies will be available at the City of Miami Community & Economic Development Department office
located at 444 SW 2"d AVE, 2 Floor, Miami, FL 33130 (CED Address), Comments to amendment(s) must be submitted in writing to
the Address, Attn: Nancy Romani, and must be received no later than February 25, 201S Interested individuals are encouraged
to attend this Public Hearing. The meeting site is accessible to the handicapped. Requests for special accommodations may be

Federal regulations governing CDBG and other H.UD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of and an
opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/or amendment of HUD programs. In addition, the public• is advised of the proposed new
allocation(s)/ amendment(s) to the fundin of the City pro rams as Indicated beiow:*f
Discussion and Proposed Resolutions authorizing the acceptance, allocation, and/or transfer of funds for the following agenda Items:*
1, Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the acceptance of HUD Entitlement Grant Funds, In the total protected amount of 620,791,943 for
the following programs: CDBG, HOME, HOPWA, and ESG, for Fiscal Year 2015-2016,
2, Discussion and proposed resolution approving the allooation of Program Year 2015 2016 CDBG funds, in the projected amount of $4,809,641 to
the various activities, beginning April 1, 2015.
3. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the allocation of Program Year 2015-2016 CDBG funds, in the projected amount of $2,407,516,65
in the Economic Development category, to the agencies as specified below, for economic development activities in the program year 2015-2016,
