S, Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") has yet to release the final Community Planning and Development Program Formula Allocations for Program Year 2015, as such; the amount of CDBG funds being recommended is a projection. The Administration recommends allocating said funds to the various activities as specified in Attachment "A" for Program Year 2015-2016 beginning April 1, 2015. With the exception of Code Enforcement and Public Work these allocations specified in Attachment "A", will be adjusted in direct proportion to the actual allocation of CDBG funds provided by HUD for the 2015-2016 Program Year.
